Thursday...

Today is Garbage day...hahaha, this is a blue job so Tino looks after it. I remember when we were kids my mom would be hauling the garbage out in her housecoat and slippers, going so fast so she wouldn't miss the garbage truck, and I'd be wathcing for it out the window. In our case, our garage is at the back so the alley way is where it all happens.

Today is my last shift until next week and its May long weekend. I'm headed to Vegas tomorrow with my momma and sister. I'm SOOO excited, i'm starting off the day by picking my momma up from the airport, grabbing a delicious coffee, going for mani'a and pedi's followed by lunch, and then Tino is driving us all to the airport. Its going to be so fun, i hope its hot out so i can relax in the sun, although this grapefruit growing in my belly can't get sucked in anymore, its kind of sticks out, I'm 15 weeks tomorrow, So guess you can say i've started to blossom!

Today i looked out my front window and we have a couple dandilions on our grass...UGH, Tino and I spend so much time on our yard, cutting, trimming, fertalizing watering, digging, etc and now i have dandilions. My neighbors yard is covered in them, i want to spray it with killex but i'm not allowed haha . Tino will have to to dig them out this weekend before they spread.




Here is a picture of our grass, we are 6 weeks ahead of last year. When we moved in our grass was so dry and burned, and we had to baby it back to life..now its only may and its getting so lush, i'm hoping by July it will be full and soft. If it rains for 3 days we'll be so happy, it makes a huge difference.

In the front the tulips are blooming and we are starting to see color, its still pretty sparse...but again its only may!
