In August I started a running program on my own. My bestie Tanis who owns a running store in edmonton emailed it to me and I commited to it, completed it, surpassed it, and LOVED IT. It became very addictive, not to mention I lost 25 pounds doing it. Its been a 6 week break, and I'm up 6 pounds from eating total shit this past month..my pajama's are tight..So lame.
This isn't a new years goal, this is just getting back on track, and I'm a bit OCD so once i get my mind on something and see results..look out. Tino is dreading the cottage cheese, chicken and lettuce for all meals coming up for the next 3 months. I need to be in a bikini by april 11th so I have 28 pounds to go. This isn't going to be easy but I will do it!
There is something said about going out and sweating, I feel so good after and its just a way of life.
I have commited to a 12 km run in canmore for mother's day with my bestie of 30 year, and I'm also going to Grande Prairie in may to do the 10km press run!
